"Survival Mantel" is finished.

Doug wrote, after seeing photos of the finished mantel, "I really don't have words to describe what you have accomplished.  The finishing did a super job of enhancing the 3D depth effect that I consider the hallmark of your art style."

Doug and Sandy decided to have the mantel installed with a glass shelf in order to let the light through into the carved areas.  A photo of the mantel, installed over their beautiful fireplace, is posted below.  Thanks for sending the picture, Doug and Sandy!
